Third in the "Drill" series, after Urban Zombie Drill and Martian Attack Drill.
Gameplay
Benches and chairs with people sitting on them, and which have space for you to join them, are pick-up points. So are newspapers discarded on empty tables or chairs. Walking past such a location (you needn't actually sit down) gives you one Microfilm, and you can only carry one at a time.
Postboxes and empty phoneboxes are drop-off points. If you're carrying a Microfilm and pass one, you lose the Microfilm and score a point.
Anybody you notice who is talking into their phone is an enemy Agent reporting your position. If you are on a street and spot an Agent on that street, the entire length of that street is now Under Surveillance. If you are in a building, park or plaza and spot an Agent in it, that entire location is now Under Surveillance. Areas stop being Under Surveillance if you leave them for more than two minutes. You can't pick up or drop off a Microfilm in an area which is Under Surveillance.
If you are in an area which has fallen Under Surveillance and spot a second enemy Agent inside it, then the enemy has pinpointed your position and if you are carrying a Microfilm, then you are captured and the game ends.
Play until you reach a pre-decided score, or see how many Microfilms you can drop off before being caught. In a group, either play competitive solo games, or team up. When teaming up, decide who takes each Microfilm - other team members can safely scout nearby areas without being captured.
Notes
This really needs a rule about CCTV cameras, but I'm not sure what.
