Revision as of 18:24, 20 January 2010

This is a calendar of upcoming pervasive games around the world - both individual games, and larger, organised events. If you're planning to run a game in your area, in whatever context, you're welcome to add it to the list with a date, time and location. (If you want some advice for running your own gaming event, we've got a Sandpit howto and a smaller event howto.)

If you want to keep up to date, there's an RSS feed of this page's updates. There's also an archive of past events, if you want to see what you've missed.

The next Sandpit will be FREE, and will take place on 22 February 2010 at the Southbank Centre, in the Spirit Level at Royal Festival Hall. This month artists and designers have created games around the theme of “Maps and Territories”, so there’ll be exploration, discovery, confusion, lies, and trying to remember which way is north. Sneak and follow, deduce and scurry, analyse and draw; think about maps, follow them or create them.
