We tested elements of Shop Mob Ability at BARG's Bullring Playtest yesterday. We had one team and mostly focused on the mechanism of steering the shopper.
We had a chugger too, but there wasn't enough incentive for him to get into the game much, and without another team to compete against there wasn't much of a penalty against the herders if they were found to be huddling. The chugger and money aspects of the ruleset have therefore not yet been tested - I'd be grateful for any input on these.
We played for about an hour and a half, and there seemed to be the right sort of mix of enjoyment, bafflement and frustration!
